Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the ji77 platform. By accessing or using the platform, you agree to be bound by the terms set out below.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering an account, accessing, or using any part of the ji77 platform at ji77.pro, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you must not use the platform.
These Terms and Conditions constitute a binding legal agreement between you (the user) and ji77. Your continued use of the platform after any update to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version.
2. Eligibility and Age Requirement
Use of the ji77 platform is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following criteria:
- You are at least 18 years of age.
- You are legally permitted to participate in online gaming activities under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
- You are not located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited.
- You are registering and playing on your own behalf, not on behalf of a third party.
ji77 does not knowingly permit minors to register or use the platform. If we have reason to believe that a user is under 18 years of age, we reserve the right to suspend or close that account immediately and withhold any associated funds pending verification. Providing false information about your age constitutes a material breach of these terms.
3. Account Creation and Security
To use the full range of features on the ji77 platform, you must register an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account details and must update them promptly if they change.
Each user may only hold one account on the platform. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts by the same individual is prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or permanently closed.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person. ji77 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact our support team immediately at [email protected].
4. User Obligations and Platform Usage Rules
By using ji77, you agree to abide by the following obligations at all times:
- You will not use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations in the Philippines or your jurisdiction.
- You will not attempt to defraud ji77 or other users, including through the use of automated scripts, bots, or any other means to manipulate game outcomes or account balances.
- You will not engage in money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime through the platform.
- You will not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform, its servers, or any data associated with other users.
- You will not post, transmit, or otherwise make available any content that is harmful, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable through any feature of the platform.
- You will use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only and not for any commercial purpose without express written consent from ji77.
Breach of any of these obligations may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account, forfeiture of account balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law.
5. Payments and Transactions
All financial transactions on the ji77 platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱ / PHP). Deposits and withdrawals are subject to the minimum and maximum limits displayed within your account at the time of the transaction. These limits may be adjusted from time to time.
You may only deposit funds from payment methods that are registered in your own name. The use of payment methods belonging to third parties is strictly prohibited. ji77 reserves the right to request verification documentation before processing any withdrawal.
Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected. ji77 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers or banking institutions.
ji77 does not guarantee the availability of any specific payment method at any given time. In the event that a deposit is credited incorrectly, you must notify support immediately and must not use funds that you know or suspect were credited in error.
6. Limitation of Liability and Intellectual Property
Limitation of Liability
The ji77 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ji77 disclaims all warranties, express or implied, in connection with the platform and your use of it.
ji77 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the platform. This includes but is not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or any financial losses incurred through gambling activity. Online gaming involves financial risk, and you participate entirely at your own risk.
Intellectual Property
All content on the ji77 platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and software, is the property of ji77 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the platform without prior written permission from ji77.
7. Account Suspension, Closure, and Changes to Terms
Account Suspension and Closure
ji77 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the event of any actual or suspected breach of these Terms and Conditions, any fraudulent activity, or any violation of applicable law. In the event of account closure due to a breach, any remaining balance may be forfeited.

Any pending withdrawals at the time of voluntary closure will be processed in accordance with standard procedures. ji77 reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. Your continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must discontinue use of the platform and contact support to close your account.
Applicable Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
